Shipping Info and Shop Policies
Shipping is free the the United States! If you're in another country, we ship with a variety of carriers so you can get the best rate for you.
Processing time is typically about two business days from when your order is placed until we ship. You'll be notified with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you're outside the U.S., you're responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We haven't noticed many problems with packages getting delayed in customs, but it can happen, so it's something to be aware of.
If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your puzzle or it arrives damaged, please contact us to let us know and we will make it right for you! We want you to be completely thrilled with your puzzle. However, because each puzzle is one-of-a-kind, we usually can't replace missing pieces that happen over the course of ownership. So please watch those crafty dogs, kids, and couch cushions!
If you need to return an order, please let us know and ship it back to us within 30 days. As long as items are returned in their original condition, we're happy to refund the cost of your order minus the return shipping. However, as custom orders cannot be resold, as long as there are no defects in the puzzle, we unfortunately can't accept returns on those.
Please keep in mind that Bewilderness puzzles may have some very small pieces, so they're not for kids under 3.
