Shipping Info and Shop Policies
Shipping is free in the United States! Depending on the weight of your shipment and your location, when you select our free standard shipping, your puzzle(s) may ship via USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select Ground, or UPS Ground. If you have a preference for USPS or UPS, please let us know in your order notes.

When you're in the checkout process, you'll be able to see the cost of all your options and as well as the estimated shipping time.
Please allow 1-3 business days from when your order is placed until shipment. You'll be notified with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If you're outside the U.S., you're responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We haven't noticed many problems with packages getting delayed in customs, but it can happen, so it's something to be aware of.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your puzzle or it arrives damaged, please contact us to let us know and we will make it right for you! We want you to be completely thrilled with your puzzle. Because each puzzle is one-of-a-kind, we usually can't replace missing pieces that happen over the course of ownership, but sometimes we will be able to, so please do contact us about it. In any case, please watch those crafty dogs, kids, and couch cushions!
If you need to return an order, please let us know and ship it back to us within 30 days. As long as items are returned in their original condition, we're happy to refund the cost of your order or do an exchange. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will generate a prepaid return shipping label for you. Easy peasy!
If your order is a custom puzzle, as long as there are no defects in the puzzle, we unfortunately can't accept returns on those, as they can't be resold. But if you're unhappy, please get in touch with us so we can make it right for you.
