Personalized puzzles make awesome gifts! And when they're wooden puzzles, they can stand up to lots of use over the years and still look beautiful. We offer several different options for jigsaw cut patterns and sizes so that we can make the perfect puzzle for you! Please see the photos for examples of each option. The geometric and spiral cuts are our own original styles, so you won't find those anywhere else!

We will make sure the image will look good on the final puzzle, and if we don't think it will, we won't make it and will either work with you to get it right or will fully refund your order. We want the finished product to be something we can both be proud of!

Also, please be sure to watch your email so we can communicate with you if necessary. If we have a problem with your photo and can't reach you, we may need to cancel your order.

The image you'd like to use should have a resolution of at least about 1600x1200 for smaller puzzles and 2000x1600 for larger ones. If you'd like us to check out your photo before placing an order, we're happy to do so, just send Whitney a message at whitney@bewilderness-puzzles.com and we'll take a look.

Each puzzle comes within a zippered bag, wrapped in tissue, inside a pretty, glossy box with magnetic closure. The box will have your image on the front, and you can specify your own title to be printed on it as well if you like.

All Bewilderness puzzles are made with love in a little workshop in Washington State, USA. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your puzzle or it arrives damaged, please contact us to let us know and we will make it right for you! We want you to be completely thrilled with your puzzle. However, because each puzzle is one-of-a-kind, we can't replace missing pieces that happen over the course of ownership. So please watch those crafty dogs, kids, and couch cushions! Also, keep in mind that Bewilderness puzzles may have some very small pieces, so they're not for kids under 3.
